I am a student of Iyengar Yoga and graduate of the Advanced Study Program of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco (IYISF).

This site is dedicated to the Institute, its Advanced Studies Program, its teachers and practitioners, my classmates and other graduates of the program.

I also would like to use this site to promote their presence and to make available quality wooden yoga props as used in Iyengar Yoga.

About My Practice

I practice at home and with my teacher, Allan Nett (Iyengar Yoga of Napa Valley.) Allan’s studio is in his home that he shares with his wife, a senior Iyengar yoga instructor, Jaki Nett. Allan also teaches at Piedmont Yoga Studio and the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. These studios are two of the Bay Area’s oldest and most respected yoga studios. I practice at both studios.
